Meet our team

  • Amanda Killen, Lead Therapeutic Coach

Amanda Killen has over 10 years’ experience therapeutically supporting children, young adults and their caregivers, who have experienced adverse childhood experiences and trauma.

Formally diagnosed with ADHD at 41 years old, Amanda draws not only on her professional experience, but also her own lived experience as a neuro-diverse, ADHD women.

Through these experiences, she has learnt about and developed unique thinking and coping strategies for her own ADHD. She understands that the ADHD impacts every individual in different ways and the one-size-fits-all approach is not good enough for us.

Amanda is available to discuss your own individual needs and support you through your journey to understanding and greatness.

“Amanda helped me to better understand my individual ADHD. She not only supported me to develop effective strategies to manage my daily tasks and relationships, but helped to point out and celebrate the positive aspects of what makes me, me.”
